Issues to note:

* amd64
- monotonic_time: gtod failed on some systems, passed on others. Issue seen before.
- ubuntu_kernel_selftests: some testcases failed on rizzo and rumford with external connection error (failure resolving 'squid.internal'). Passed on other systems.
- ubuntu_unionmount_overlayfs_suite: failed on rizzo with external connection error (failure resolving 'squid.internal'). Passed on other systems.
- ubuntu_cts_kernel: some testcases failed on rizzo and rumford with external connection error (failure resolving 'squid.internal'). Passed on other systems.
- ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests: 2-3 testcases failed on some systems. Issue seen before.
- ubuntu_lxc: testcase failed on some systems. Issue seen before.
