Seems like there is an issue with testflinger deployment on Orin.

I manually verified that both the linux-nvidia-tegra-igx and linux-nvidia-tegra-igx-rt flavours install and boot on an IGX Orin system for this version (5.15.0-1009.9).

Regression testing failures are coming from setting up the testflinger queues. As that is still being worked on, we can't yet expect those all to pass. The non-Tegra arm64 testing is passing for this kernel.
