A 6.2-based linux-gcp has already been published to lunar-release. Secure Boot testing is not needed.

I can't seem to complete the arm64 ADT tests for linux-gcp specifically as it does not seem to boot at all on the ADT test env. HOwever the kernel boots and runs fine on the real arm64 GCP hardware so I suspect it's a test issue.
