This re-spin updates only one DKMS driver (IPU6) and reverts changes to modinfo which bring things in line with previous HWE and the GA kernel. Also picking up an arm64 specific change to improve long boot command-line arguments. There should be no change to cert results being collected with the previous kernel.

ADT results look to be consistent with previous uploads. There are some DKMS which still need fixes. Arm64 is suffering from tests HW being overwhelmed. And some of the baseline hinting also has to be done. But for the sake of progress this has to do.

Certification team have completed certification-testing for a subset of the total platforms that would be eligible for upgrade to this kernel.

We have tested all machines that are part of the historic HWE pool and not identified any regressions. It is expected that in the coming days the Jammy OEM machines will migrate to this kernel also, however we have not completed testing of these machines pending publishing of libraries to support MIPI camera operation. It is understood that the migration will be managed using the OEM meta-packages.
