This kernel is only meant to be booted on a very special hardware platform. For that it fails to boot in the ADT environment. The only meaningful way of testing is our and the external cert.

The changes to mlxbf_gige and gpio_mlxbf2 driver broke the OOB_NET0 Interface, therefore they should be dropped.
PKA and bluefield_edac changes were also Verified and no new Issues were found.
Our Networking Verification ran successfully without any Regression found.
