Regression test CMPL, looking good.

Issue to note in GCE:
  ubuntu_fan_smoke_test - docker.io not available
  ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests - failed to build
  ubuntu_qrt_kernel_security - test 213 is a tool issue, failures in 072, 120 happened before.
  ubuntu_unionmount_overlayfs_suite - python3 not installed
  libhugetlbfs - failed to build
  rmaptest - gcc not installed
  ubuntu_kernel_selftests - testing tool does not exist in Precise
  ubuntu_lxc - liblxc1 not installed
  ubuntu_stress_smoke - "--allow-downgrades" flag not available
  ubuntu_zfs_smoke_test - module zfs not found
