Verification completed on 3.0.0-19.32 master (on which this ti-omap4 release is rebased), all SRUs were tested by reporters/people affected. Nothing specific to ti-omap4 was needed to be verified, releasing for testing.

oneiric got respinned because a regression last week, so this update was also respinned, it's being superseded by 3.0.0-1209.21 update.
