The cert test shows the test running on rpi2, rpi3 b, and rpi3 b plus are good. It means we skipped the test for rpi3 a plus because of #1841955. I will leave the judgement to others to see if it matters or a real kernel regression.

Bug #1841955 is not a regression with bionic/linux-raspi2: 4.15.0-1044.47, the issue also happens with -1043 and it's likely to be caused by flash-kernel. Changing the status of certification-testing to 'Fix Release' to proceed with the release.
