I'm going to skip on copying this to -proposed, to avoid exploding our various SRU reports with the seven thousand bugs referenced in the changelog. Instead, we'll be copying it directly to -updates after the following two conditions are met:

1) The verification-testing task is closed, based on Andy's smoketesting.
2) The master kernel of the same ABI passes all its regression/verification testing and is promoted.

Will be pushing this to security too, as it's the first rebase in precise, and includes a ton of old CVE updates.
