The signing routing for LRM packages is ppa:canonical-signing/ubuntu/primary-2022v1

meaning LRG & LRM packages should be copied from ppa:canonical-kernel-team/ubuntu/nvidia and ppa:canonical-kernel-team/ubuntu/nvidia-ps PPAs into ppa:canonical-signing/ubuntu/primary-2022v1 with binaries.

after they publish LRS package should be copied as source and built.

With only LRM & LRS subsequently published to ubuntu jammy-proposed.

Please a suitably capable AA please do this.
