I'm seeing a regression in 4.18.0-1012 on my GPU instances:
jrp@jrp1804un:~$ lspci
lspci: sysfs_scan: Invalid domain c810bada
jrp@jrp1804un:~$ nvidia-smi
No devices were found

This works on 4.18.0-1006

I think there was a conflict backing out LP 1816106
