Regression test CMPL, RTB.

Issue to note in x86_64 (azure):
  ebizzy - failed on Standard_A0, passed on the rest
  libhugetlbfs - Unable to build libghugetlbfs test on 4.15 Bionic (bug 1765279)
  monotonic_time - tsc failed on some instances, clock failed on Standard_E4s_v3, Standard_E64-16s(bug 1774959), passed on the rest
  ubuntu_kvm_smoke_test - Unable to boot Xenial cloud image on Bionic ARM64 ThunderX / Azure (bug 1765668)
  ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests - test skipped due to no KVM support, vmx_control will crash E4 nodes (bug 1747892)
  ubuntu_ltp - test disabled on azure
  ubuntu_lttng_smoke_test - failed on Basic_A1, Standard_A0 (bug 1765035) and B1s, passed on the rest
  ubuntu_lxc - lxc-tests package is not available in Bionic (bug 1758255)
  ubuntu_qrt_apparmor - failed with setup task, but the test itself has passed
  ubuntu_stress_smoke_test - sysfs caused kernel oopsed on some instances (bug 1757057), DCCP retesting on Standard_DS4_V2
