  ubuntu_lxc - Failed to start networking in ubuntu-cloud container, not regression
  xfstests - failed with btrfs, xfs, issue seen before

Issue to note in arm64:
  hwclock - failed to change time, not regression
  ubuntu_qrt_apparmor - sysctl read failed - Function not implemented
  ubuntu_zfs_xfs_generic - failed with 079, 317, issue seen before

Issue to note in i386:
  monotonic_time - gtid failed on fozzie only
