  monotonic_time - gtod failed only on fozzie, not regression
  ubuntu_bpf - patch failed to apply, not regression
  ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests - pku, svm failed on rumford, not regression
  ubuntu_unionmount_overlayfs_suite - failed on rumford, passed on hainzel
  xfstests - issue seen before, not regression

Issue to note in arm64:
  hwclock - failed to change time, not regression
  ubuntu_bpf - patch failed to apply, not regression
  ubuntu_kernel_selftests - breakpoint failed to build, bug 1680507
  ubuntu_zfs_xfs_generic - failed with 079 and 317, no regression

Issue to note in i386:
  monotonic_time - gtod failed only on fozzie, not regression
  ubuntu_stress_smoke_test - failed with sockfd test, bug 1700052

Issue to note in s390x (zKVM):
  aio_dio_bugs - event res -22, issue seen before, not regression
