Regression tests look good. Ubuntu_kernel_selftests look like they are incomplete jobs but have expected results.

verification for outstanding bugs was done on other 5.11 backport kernels and the bugs don't look like they would be impacted by anything riscv specific so flipping this to verification done to get this moving.
