Incorrect boot testing for these kernels have been requested that tested more things than expected for a riscv kernel. ckct patches submitted to correct these.

All other tests show no regressions relative linux-riscv baseline.

The kernel is known to boot and work on the target boards, thus it would be useful to release this kernel to updates, in the main component.
