Regression test CMPL, RTB.

Issue to note in x86_64 (azure):
libhugetlbfs - 1 failed (brk_near_huge, bug 1653597), Killed by signal 1, bad config 3, failed on Standard_B1ms and Standard_F1s only
monotonic_time - all two tests (or just tsc test) failed on some instances, passed on the rest
ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests - test skipped due to no KVM support, vmx_control will crash E4 nodes (bug 1747892)
  ubuntu_ltp_syscalls - fanotify09-2 (bug 1804594) fanotify10 (bug 1802454) inotify08 (bug 1775784) quotactl01 failed (bug 1790028) statx05 (bug 1798524)
ubuntu_lxc - lxc-test-ubuntu (Too many open files) failed on Standard_D2s_v3 only
ubunut_qrt_apparmor - mmap test timed out on some nodes (bug 1783922)
  ubuntu_vfat_stress - failed on Standard_A2_v2 only
