John Cabaj (john-cabaj) wrote (last edit ):

Boot testing failed as a result of upstream commit 07ed11afb68d: "Revert "drm/qxl: simplify qxl_fence_wait"". Applying upstream commit 3628e0383dd3: "Reapply "drm/qxl: simplify qxl_fence_wait"" fixed the issue. That particular commit is part of the 2024.07.08 cycle for this kernel, so duplicating the tracker to that LP bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2072179), as this kernel is not explicitly required this cycle.
