Bug Description

For s2024.04.01 bionic:linux-aws-fips ubuntu_kvm_smoke_test fails on both setup and sut-test for all instances. They have failed in the same way for all the test runs I have done but there is no precedent with this kernel for this type of failure. I've attached the log for c3.xlarge to this bug report.

This issue has gone after installing the correct FIPS compliant userspace packages during the deployment stage.
Tests have been restarted and not failing with this any more.

Therefore I will close this bug. Thanks!
