zfs ftbfs; updating dkms versions to drop zfs build (and also stray iwlwifi unused control paragrah) as a #2 upload.

not sure why cross-build were successful. It seems like cross builds did build zfs.ko, but didn't check for lack of symbols (which is emitted by gcc from libgcc).

Once this is fixed, set the promote-to-proposed to Fix Released again

tracker had inconsistent version numbers for the spin #, this is now fixed up.
