Seeing a failure with the docker tests on rpi4 (and maybe others too) with this kernel. Some docker commands such as 'docker info' seem to hang forever with no output. If I revert to the previous kernel in stable though it works. Then I upgrade and it fails again.

I also noticed after a clean boot after refreshing to this kernel, there's an oops in the dmesg log (see attachment)
