Bug Description

I'm using Kubuntu 8.04, completely up-to-date. When booting my system, I get an error message like this:

No command arguments supplied!
Usage: kdesudo [-u <runas>] <command>
KdeSudo will now exit...

It might seem like a duplicate of Bug #184038 but I'm running version 2.5.1.

kdesudo -v gives:
Qt: 3.3.8b
KDE: 3.5.10
KdeSudo: 2.5.1

edit: removed BB-code, as that appears not to work =(.

That should have been fixed a long time ago.... Can you confirm ?

I found this though IXQuick, and I can confirm as well. I just popped it up a few minutes ago, but this has been going on since at least November (when I first installed 8.04.01.)

This is my specs:

kcredden@zeus:~$ kdesudo -v
Qt: 3.3.8b
KDE: 3.5.10
KdeSudo: 2.5.1
kcredden@zeus:~$

Can you tell me what this may also do to the system? I've noticed something on two of my systems, using the exact same OS. At times when you click on (as an example) a .TXT file, KATE should pop up. But after a moment, nothing happens. This also happens in the menu system too. The GIMP has troubles popping up at times too.

There is two work-arounds I found. One is a complete reboot, but another seems to be something with apt-get. Once I do the following it seems to clear it up:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get purge
sudo apt-get autoclean

Any help you can give, will be appreciated. This not starting programs is difficult to google. What would I search for?
