knotes has no minimize button

Bug Description
Summary says it all. knotes does not have a minimize button, nor a maximize button... nor any button but a close button. I seem to be able to minimize the note, but only by accident and I can't figure out how to do it when I want to do it. Somehow I maximized it to full screen size, but I can't shrink it back down to the original note size. The only thing I can do is close it... or hide it.

press the alt key and drag the knotes widget downwards, this is will restore it back.
