Bug Description

In my xsession errors I can see these

kdeinit4: preparing to launch /usr/lib/libkdeinit4_korgac.so
Could not open library /usr/bin/korgac: Cannot load library /usr/lib/libkdeinit4_korgac.so: (/usr/lib/libkdeinit4_korgac.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
kdeinit4: preparing to launch /usr/lib/libkdeinit4_kblueplugd.so
Could not open library /usr/bin/kblueplugd: Cannot load library /usr/lib/libkdeinit4_kblueplugd.so: (/usr/lib/libkdeinit4_kblueplugd.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/kblueplugd", line 15, in <module>
    import dbus.mainloop.qt
ImportError: No module named qt
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/update-notifier-kde", line 34, in <module>
    import dbus.mainloop.qt
ImportError: No module named qt

I believe package python-kde4 is not available for kde 4.2.90.

I installed via kubuntu-backports PPA

affects: launchpad → kdebindings
