Bug Description
This bug report is filed in order to track the upstream bug report:
"There is no possibility in the display configuration utility to setup an
extended desktop (e.g. something like `xrandr --output LVDS --left-of VGA`).
This is the case with at least intel hardware. Not sure about other cards.
the funny part is that the "position" option is there, although greyed-out, for
displays that are disabled.

Problem is there on an up-to-date Kubuntu Karmic with KDE 4.3beta2.
