Bug Description

(Note that all messages in double-quote are translated from zh-TW, and may be different to the actual source string)

Recently I encountered a KDE software bug and a Kcrash window popped out, when I found the existing bug report and want to set my crash is related with it by clicking the "Suggest relationship with this bug" button in "bug description" window but nothing happened, thus interrupting the bug reporting process.

it would be be great if could temporarely set your system-language to "en". For the ease of reproducebilty.

I would love to speak & understand zh-TW but I don't. Though we are a minority & U need to justify to get a wider wider audience to take a look into that. Even though the error might not appear wt lang=en it helps to get the glimpse.
