Bug Description
When a program in KDE hangs, acts up, or for any reason fails to launch or close properly, it still shows an entry in the task manager that cannot be clicked - despite there being no window or program.

It doesn't only happen when a program hangs I have noticed. If you also notice, everything in the plasma panel freezes, including the clock. The other day at midnight my clock said 5pm, but going through and checking 'date' at the command line, it was correct. Will check upstream on this now.
