Bug Description

While trying to install the Dutch KDE language pack on Kubuntu 16.04 the following error occurs.

aptitude install kde-l10n-nl

The following NEW packages will be installed:
  kde-l10n-nl
0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0 B/15.1 MB of archives. After unpacking 32.6 MB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 plasma-desktop-data : Breaks: kde-l10n-nl (< 4:15.08.3-0ubuntu2~) but 4:15.08.2-0ubuntu1 is to be installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Remove the following packages:
1) kubuntu-desktop
2) plasma-desktop
3) plasma-desktop-data

Accept this solution? [Y/n/q/?] q
Abandoning all efforts to resolve these dependencies.
Abort.

Same error here. Removing the 3 conflicting packages will break the GUI .
