set region window – more resizing points

It would be nice if the 'Set Region' window would allow to change the window size in only one direction, e.g. horizontally to the right or vertical to to bottom...

This would make it easier to select a window, reducing the chance to accidentally resize a selection that already is as it should be, when resizing e.g. the bottom line.

Now there's eight resize handlers and a lot more ugly code in the files... ;)
