There are multiple problems with the new Gnome & Wayland

* Can't record full screen. Full screen recording is disallowed in Wayland...
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-good/-/issues/826

* Can't pick a window to record because Wnck doesn't support Wayland. This is the same reason why xfce, mate doesn't run on Wayland.

* Can't use the Ctrl-Windows-Q,F,R,W keys because Wayland doesn't support global hotkeys. You can get these to work by starting with `GDK_BACKEND=x11 kazam`

* They have removed the indicator in the new gnome so you can't click on the toolbar icon to stop the recording. To get around this, you'll have to install the appindicators extension...
