Bug Description
When recording a video on a computer with a 4 K screen and scaling enabled, Kazam only records the top-left quarter of what it is supposed to record. This happens both when you attempt to record the entire screen and when you only want to record part of the screen.
I use Ubuntu 16.04 with the latest official updates installed. Kernel: 4.4.0-77-generic
To replicate the bug, use a computer with a 4 K screen and launch `Displays` from the Unity Dash or Ubuntu's `System Settings` panel. Choose `2` via the slider `Scale for menu and title bars`. To be sure it applies to everything, you can log out and back in or alternatively reboot your machine. Then simply record your screen using Kazam for a few seconds, save the video, and watch it. The problem should be evident immediately.
Happens with me also using 17.10.
