Crashes on start under Wayland in Ubuntu GNOME 17.04

Bug Description

Trying to run Kazam from app menu or terminal under Wayland session causes it to crash. Terminal produces the following:

/usr/bin/kazam:32: PyGIWarning: Gtk was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded.

I tested this with all 5 of the desktops I have.

 - Gnome
 - Ubuntu

No error
 - Gnome on Xorg
 - Ubuntu on Xorg
 - Unity

Also, this is not only an issue for Kazam. OBS has the same problem when trying to record the entire screen.
