Out of sink audio and video

Whenever I try to record something, the audio and video get very badly out of sink. It happened while I was ignorently outputting raw, and continues to happen with mp4. At first it was only if the video was exceding 20 or so minutes, but I just recorded a 4 minute test video to see if it could record full screen with system shock 2 (it could,though many recording programs cant, so good job with that btw) and the audio was so far out of sink that I was getting shot from behind a pillar and shooting while everything was dead.video example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-OQPNhEyIg&feature=youtu.be
