Unsupported format on Windows 10 ( 0xc00d5212 )

Hi,

I tried playing a video recorded with Kazam "NCC-80102" v1.4.5 (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS) on Windows 10's default "Movies & TV" app and got an error message saying -

"This item was encoded in a format that's not supported.

0xc00d5212 (0xc00d5212)"

I used Ubuntu 20.04 and the video plays there, but on Windows it doesn't. I did not get an error in the Movies & TV app or in other players I tried in Windows 10, just a black screen.
