Cannot save microphone sensitivity setting

Bug Description
Hi
I can change microphone level using appropriate slider but setting ist not saved.

In addition I have to indicate accidentally it was set to 100% but i dont know how. Actually I cant drill it down. 1.4.5

I also have this problem.
If I open the preferences, and change the sensitivity of either the microphone or speaker, then close the preferences, then open the preferences again, the previous setting is kept, but if I then close it again, and open it again, the settings are lost.
Also, the settings are lost when I close and re-launch the app.
