Video Black with Window Selection Capture

Using the latest stable version: Kazam 1.4 on Ubuntu 12.04 in Unity

Process taken to produce bug:
1) Open Kazam.
2) Select capture from window.
3) Click on window to be captured.
4) Click capture. Two clicks are required to start capture. This is not the case with area capture.
5)Stop capture after recording.

Result:
Video is black. The mouse is visible but a strange mouse tails like effect occurs. The audio capture appears to be normal.

Recording output is H264/MP4.

Area capture appears to work well.

Thanks for your report. I was unable to reproduce this issue. I am also not entirely sure what do you mean with 'two clicks are required to start capture'. You have to click twice on the Capture button? This is indeed a strange behavior.

I'd appreciate If you can start kazam in debug mode with --debug and attach the output when you reproduce the problem.

Have similar problem as David Klasinc (bigwhale). Kazam only records mouse and the top panel.

After deleting fglrx-legacy driver? Everything works fine.

I don't have that "fglrx" installed and I record a black screen and cursor whenever I try to record a video with Kazam.

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
