Bug Description

After upgrading Kayobe to 2024.1 (Caracal) which has brought in junipernetworks.junos 5.3.1, trying to run kayobe physical network configure fails:

msg: 'Unsupported parameters for (junos_config) module: provider. Supported parameters include: backup, backup_options, check_commit, comment, confirm, confirm_commit, lines, replace, rollback, src, src_format, update, zeroize (commands).'

    junos-switch: Fix junos_config call

    The junos_config module dropped support for the provider parameter and
    for connection: local [1]. Apply a similar to fix to the Arista one [2].
