Remove all traces of pyramid_bottlecap and bottlecap

This is all dead stuff from the UX2 effort. In src/karl, remove any traces from:

- Python code, including tests
- ZCML, INI, or buildout.cfg, buildout-postgres.cfg etc. files
- JS/CSS/PNG/fonts and any machinery that builds it

I'm ok with deleting the repo from Pylons as well.

I've removed everything from static, I also cleaned up the remaining stuff neatly. (Tests are still in progress but that is a different task.)

Hoverer I found hardly any python code or, ZCML, INI, or buildout.cfg, buildout-postgres.cfg left. So I close this task. If you think there is anything left, please reopen this ticket, and give me an example of what more I should be looking for.
