Third round of gulpification

Paul
- Change package.json to use napa
- Add napa entries for external sources that we didn't fork
- *OR* get rid of napa

- Change gulp pipelines to copy the concatenated sources to .dest() before
  doing a minification/sourcemap
- Make sure CSS/JS sourcemaps work ok under KARL

- Remove checkins of upstream dependencies

I have notes on a fourth and fifth round, but that's far out enough to defer.

Let me know please if everything is good with the source maps?

I read through the commits to make sure I understand them all. Good work! It looks like the sourcemaps are ok.
