Bug Description
Two tasks on the (now PG 9.4b2) instance on DigitalOcean:
1) Packing. Paul tried to pack. Just made it bigger. Investigate to see if OSF KARL can be packed, and if so, how much space can be returned.
2) Relevance ranking indexing. *Allegedly* 9.4 has an index for relevance ranking. Paul sent Shane some links that make that claim. Shane might have to start by first asking some questions in PG-related places. (Similar to contacting Oleg originally with the Wikipedia search results.)
