Clean Up Catalog Indices

I've noticed that we have a 'mimetype' index in the catalog but looking around the code it doesn't appear that there is any place where the index is used. It would probably be worthwhile to:

1) Double check and make sure the index really is not being used in any search, either in core, or in some customization package (unlikely).

2) Remove if it is found that, indeed, it is not used.

3) Repeat for any other suspicious indices.
