Staging for distribution list testing

Make sure we have a good environment on staging (with something feeding it, e.g. test GSA) to experiment (this will be hard)

- Nat makes a bogus distribution list in test GSA

- karlstaging gets the update

- We are able to send an email to that new distribution list

- The members of the test list receive the email

We're back to making this the next priority. We have several tickets open we can work on, so plenty of work for Feb.

Yes, I think you’re right that this is the right place to start. Let’s make sure we have a petri dish that we trust before beginning.

Carlos, we should make sure we do this part before Nat goes away for Christmas. Meaning, the part where he creates a new distribution list on GSA *testing* and it syncs correctly to karlstaging.

Mmm, we are getting an error running gsa-sync on staging. Will need to fix that first.
