Bug Description

OSF wants to decouple the email associated with SSO authentication from the email address displayed on a user's profile. After discussing implementation with Chris, Paul and Oleg, Chris suggests adding a new field in GSA:

SSO ID

That field then gets populated in GSA for all staff users with Authentication field set to Okta or Google.

SSO ID field will not be user facing.

Staff users with Authentication set to Password do not have a value populated in SSO ID.

Ajo will add the new field to Staging GSA and we will test on KARL Staging before rolling out to production.

For users with Authentication set to Okta Ajo will have to perform a bulk update to production GSA populating the SSO ID field with the same email address listed in the Global Email field.
