Switch Community "Recent Items" portlet and view to jsonindex

Community home pages have a "Recent Items" block under the community description and profiles have a Content Added Recently block. Both (presumably) load a lot of objects. (My profile loads 12,690 objects.)

Both of these and the page at the "More" link behind it presumably could use the sqlcatalog treatment.

I'd love to get back to this, as it will have a big impact. However, we're going to be booked on authentication stuff (as well as arc2box).

This is a different variation on the recent items, appearing on the front page of a community instead of profile (with a link to a full recent items view.)

This is done but not yet merged. We'll do this in April.
