sqlcatalog: Investigate wikipage_view

This is one of two views which really impact the site. In one large community, wikipage_view loaded 21k objects.

- Do the investigation with debug_load to see what objects are being loaded

- Analyze the code to find out what is causing all those object loads, just like we did with archive portlet

- Make a branch with some proposed previous-style code that implements a fix

- Then, work with Andreas to re-implement this in the framework-y way

Status so far: the main culprit is the active people portlet. Working on a fix.

Closing this, as folder_view and wikipage_view seem to have the same fault, Active People portlet.
