Last Login field should use timeago vs time stamp

On production KARL, the Last Login field on the user profile page is done in the "time ago" convention. On the UX2 work the last login seems to be a regular time stamp (see screenshot).

On karldev it uses timeago. Assigning to Jim for testing, marked as fix committed.

Under IE8 there is a slight delay and the time stamp comes up followed by timeago. Under FF there does not appear to be a delay and you don't see time stamp but a hesitation and then timeago.

That should be consistent though with our use of timeago in ux1 right?

Stated differently, is it faster to appear in ux1?
