Bug Description
We had a misconfigured postoffice.ini that was missing two new Karl instances that were created in karlserve.ini which caused an exception when mailin would run. The mail queues up to the ones that were missing would run fine, but any queues after the missing one wouldn't get cleared and would just gather more email until the entries were fixed.
I would expect the system to still error on the missing configuration, but not block the processing of the other valid queues.
