Calendar print formatting: orientation, community name, 8.5x11

It seems I am lucky because I could get some US Letter paper. So I can print to real paper and we can leave out possible problems that PDF would bring into the game.

I printed out here the four views (month, week, day, agenda) and as you can see, there are some artifacts left, but the page width is correct. It is not bleeding to multiple side pages.

To find what we are doing differently, can you please do the same? i.e., print out to real paper, then scan it back, and attach it here?

You can also leave out the printing / scanning from the game, and just print to pdf directly, and attach the pdf. Provided, that you can check visually that your pdf has the same layout then your printed version. (To avoid problems that pdf itself brings to the game.)

I believe that this is now fixed too. I introduced more changes that affect Day and Week views and cause the height controlled as well.

For reference I attach my newest printouts.

I am aware of one issue: the events have some vertical positioning error, they are few pixels off. I have not found the reason for it and I hope that it may even be acceptable the way it currently is. But, if you find it a problem please enter it to the tracker and tell me what is the priority. Otoh the layout and fitting into one page can be considered final at this point.

We're still not there as far as I can tell. Things certainly don't look like the examples that Balazs sent around. When I print out the calendar in the month view the calendar's URL displays in all the day boxes (see screenshot). Then for the day and week views the formatting is completely off, titles are all over the place, etc. (see screenshots). Maybe the work wasn't merged to staging?
