Bug Description
Simultaneous editing is a big pain point in collaborating on KARL documents via the wiki. When a user starts editing a wiki page, views of that page will contain a warning message that states it is currently being edited. It won't prevent the user from making an update, but at least that user was forewarned.

I just noticed this bug, had another just like it in previous milestone that was release as part of r3.71. Not sure if we should just mark this as fixed release.
