Spellcheck Not Working

Spellcheck is not working (see screenshot). Initially, I thought this was an IE bug, but spellcheck is actually down for FF as well. Please take a look.

Chris, could you spend 10 minutes this morning on triage on this one, and just see if something has changed on the server for running the child processes?

In the process of trying to debug on production, I restarted Karl and the problem went away. I found in the code where the error was occurring and noticed that we were catching an OSError and, unfortunately, throwing it away, showing the user the generic error message seen in the screenshot. I've gone ahead and added a logging statement on trunk and as an ad-hoc edit on production that will tell us what exactly the OSError is when/if it occurs again. Since I have no idea what the problem was before and restarting made it go away, I have now of fixing it at this time.

When/if it reoccurs we should have some better diagnostics in the log.
